About Ema: Usui Reiki Master Teacher & Holistic Well-Being

Reiki is not just a practice for me; it's an integral part of my daily life and well-being journey. It helps me nurture a deeper connection with myself, others, and the world around me.

Over the years, it has been my privilege to share Reiki with others and witness their connection to healing and well-being awaken. Reiki, with its intuitive and natural approach, can support our well-being on a profound level. Through regular practice, it can rekindle our innate self-healing abilities, even amidst life's obstacles.

With over 20 years of experience in therapeutic social care and retreat settings, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my integrative practice. My professional journey, supported by ongoing learning and development in holistic well-being therapies, includes qualifications in meditation, yoga nidra, qigong, spiritual life coaching, acupressure, massage, Tibetan singing bowls, and recently, Yin Yoga teaching accredited by Yoga Alliance.

At the core of my practice lies the belief that compassion and collaboration are essential. Our healing is not a one-time event but a journey that requires active participation and personal responsibility. As a Reiki Master-Teacher, I provide a safe and supportive space for your well-being journey to unfold. It is within this dynamic interaction that we can be affected by, and benefit from reiki.

With over 15 years of experience as a Reiki practitioner and a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master-Teacher since 2010, I am deeply rooted in the Usui tradition. My initiation lineage can be traced back to the spiritual lineage of Mikao Usui, Chujiro Hayashi, Hawayo Takata, and Phyllis Lei Furumoto. Usui Shiki Ryoho, which translates to "the Usui System of Natural Healing," guides my practice.

If you would like to book an appointment or any further information about how reiki can help you please do not hesitate to get in touch.

I look forward to welcoming you.
