Whether you are completely new to meditation or already have experience, our sessions offer a gentle space to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
Many people feel they "can't meditate" because their mind is too busy. This is completely normal. Meditation is not about stopping thoughts - it is about learning to notice them with kindness and gently returning to the present moment.

A gentle weekly drop-in space to slow down, unwind, and reset.
These sessions offer a gentle space to relax, unwind, and reconnect with a sense of calm. They are suitable for complete beginners and anyone who would like a regular opportunity to pause, breathe, and simply be.
Many people find meditation easier in a group setting, where gentle guidance and the shared experience of practising with others can help us settle more deeply.
Everything is fully guided, so you can simply arrive, settle, and follow along.

You are welcome to attend occasionally or regularly - there is no commitment.
A gentle three-session introduction.
A calm, supportive one-to-one course designed for complete beginners, or anyone who has tried meditation before and struggled to find a way that works for them.
This course is ideal if you would like clear guidance, a simple structure, and personal support as you begin or rebuild your practice.
Over three relaxed 60-minute sessions, you will be gently guided through:
• Mindfulness of breathing
• Guided body scan relaxation
• Loving-kindness and self-compassion meditation
Each session is tailored to you, with space to ask questions, reflect, and explore what feels most helpful in your own experience.

There is no right or wrong way to meditate - just curiosity and a willingness to begin.
Our approach is gentle, practical, and rooted in mindfulness and compassion, helping you develop a practice that feels natural, supportive, and sustainable in everyday life.

You will receive personalised support, step-by-step guidance, practical tools, and take-home practice sheets to support your home practice.
A weekly group gathering where we explore meditation through mantra, sound, and shared practice.

HeartSong Normandie was created by Ema and Peter as a space dedicated to singing, meditation, reiki, and holistic well-being.
Our intention is to create a welcoming environment where beginners feel safe and experienced practitioners feel inspired - a place where people can reconnect with themselves and discover simple practices that support everyday life.
