You don't need to bring anything specific. Comfortable clothing is recommended to help you relax. We provide all the necessary materials, and water and herbal teas are provided.

Our group meditation sessions typically last 1 hour, including time for guided meditation, chanting, and a brief discussion. Individual sessions may vary in length depending on your needs and preferences.

You can join our weekly meditation and mantra: singing for well-being group sessions held every Tuesday from 10:30 to 11:30. Individual and private group sessions are available by appointment. Please contact us to book your spot or schedule a session.

It's common to have difficulty meditating, especially at first. Our sessions incorporate different techniques to help you find what works best for you. We focus on being gentle and compassionate with ourselves and allowing thoughts to come and go without judgment.
