A moment for you to relax deeply, nurture your wellbeing and experience reiki in a small, supportive and welcoming group. Our Reiki Circle is open to all and no prior experience is necessary. Whether new to Reiki or an experienced practitioner, you'll find a place to relax, share, and connect.

• Guided Meditation: Start with a calming meditation to centre and prepare for the session.

• Guided Reiki Sessions: Participate in giving and receiving Reiki in a group setting, sharing energy and experiences.

• Reiki Share: Share and receive Reiki, connecting with the energy.

• Sharing and Learning from Others: A space to learn and grow together in a peaceful, supportive community.
