Mindful singing is not about hitting the perfect note, it’s about being present and connecting with the natural flow of sound. Through guided vocal warm-ups, meditation, and songs and chants from around the world, you will have the opportunity to explore the many benefits of using your voice in a gentle, supportive, and non-judgmental space.

These one-on-one or private group sessions are designed to help you relax, reduce stress, and embrace your voice. Whether you’re looking to soothe your mind, relieve tension, or find a deeper sense of connection, these sessions are for you.
